Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Experience across sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, or Financial Services.
- Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, or capacity planning.
- Current or recent hands-on use of a planning or PPM platform (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow).
- Ability to draw on complex planning workflows and portfolio experience.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Must be prepared to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
- Must have a PayPal account to receive payment.
Responsibilities
- Answer research questions on project prioritisation, resource allocation, and portfolio governance.
- Assess and respond to planning and PMO scenarios such as capacity reviews and budget forecasting.
- Participate in structured surveys or interviews to share domain expertise.
- Provide informed feedback on planning tools, workflows, and processes.
- Contribute expertise to help research teams understand planning and governance frameworks.
