Requirements
- Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
- Experience across sectors such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Technology, or Financial Services.
- Deep background in project governance, resource planning, or portfolio management.
- Hands-on experience with PPM platforms such as Microsoft Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical thinking skills to address complex planning workflows.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Attention to detail when responding to research questions.
- Possession of a PayPal account for receiving payments.
Responsibilities
- Answer research questions on project prioritisation, resource allocation, and operational planning.
- Assess and respond to PMO scenarios such as governance cycles, capacity reviews, and budget forecasting.
- Participate in structured surveys and interviews to share domain expertise.
- Provide informed feedback on planning tools, workflows, and processes.
- Contribute expertise to help research teams evaluate governance frameworks.
