Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of progressive professional experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in a remote operations environment and collaborating with virtual teams.
  • Experience managing and supporting remote educators and distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of the K–12 education sector, including Special Education (IEP/504) or FHY populations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Call new referrals to document student learning gaps and specific needs.
  • Update the internal Job Board with student profiles to facilitate tutor matching.
  • Establish recurring weekly schedules and ensure contact information exchange.
  • Monitor daily attendance and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts or tutor friction.
  • Compare authorized vs. actual student hours to ensure billing compliance.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to sales leads and program partner referrals.
  • Resolve scheduling and technical hurdles to prevent session cancellations.
  • Maintain communication standards by responding to all family queries within the business day.
