  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience within the Australian aged care sector is highly advantageous.
  • Medical or healthcare background is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update client profiles in Visual Care.
  • Upload documentation and manage digital signatures.
  • Review and verify daily timesheets, including hours, travel, and shift details.
  • Process invoices and assist with funding claims submission.
  • Summarise and prioritise incoming emails.
  • Communicate with support workers via Dialpad.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with audit preparation.
