- Experience with VOIP communication tools (e.g., Dialpad).
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Experience within the Australian aged care sector is highly advantageous.
- Medical or healthcare background is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Create and update client profiles in Visual Care.
- Upload documentation and manage digital signatures.
- Review and verify daily timesheets, including hours, travel, and shift details.
- Process invoices and assist with funding claims submission.
- Summarise and prioritise incoming emails.
- Communicate with support workers via Dialpad.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with audit preparation.
