Requirements
- Experience managing an end-to-end grant pipeline from sourcing through submission.
- Hands-on experience with grant database platforms such as Instrumentl, GrantStation, or Foundation Directory.
- Proficiency in Airtable and Google Sheets for data tracking and opportunity management.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality first drafts of LOIs and proposals.
- Experience organizing application requirements into actionable, review-ready documentation.
- Working proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Calendar).
- C1+ English (CEFR) fluency for client-facing communication and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage parallel workstreams.
- Nice-to-have: Experience supporting nonprofit/philanthropic grant research.
- Nice-to-have: Experience building reusable content or response repositories.
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with AI-assisted drafting tools like Gemini.
Responsibilities
- Source and qualify new funding opportunities to maintain a consistent pipeline.
- Maintain a structured opportunity matrix and tracker for all active applications.
- Produce first drafts of Letters of Intent (LOIs) and grant proposal responses.
- Extract and organize complex grant application requirements into review-ready documentation.
- Coordinate deadlines and submission workflows across multiple applications simultaneously.
- Build and maintain reusable content libraries to streamline future grant activity.
