Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations coordination, scheduling, logistics, project coordination, education operations, customer success, or administrative operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, filters, data validation, lookups).
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Professional client-facing experience.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy under deadlines.
- Ability to work independently within established processes.
- Proven experience working in a fully remote environment.
- Ability to work consistently during overnight shifts (evening through early morning).
- Must have or be willing to obtain a dual-monitor workstation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage tutoring schedules across multiple programs while balancing availability.
- Own the day-to-day scheduling process, ensuring sessions are assigned, updated, and communicated.
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively implement solutions.
- Maintain operational spreadsheets and databases related to scheduling, tutor assignments, and student progress.
- Analyze operational data using Excel and Google Sheets to identify inconsistencies and maintain accuracy.
- Serve as a primary point of communication for scheduling updates via email, phone, and text.
- Monitor student academic progress and attendance trends.
- Participate in daily operations meetings with Program Directors.
