Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multiple dealer accounts and service requests.
  • Strong ability to generate and interpret performance reports for credit card programs.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with dealers, customers, and team members.
  • Deep understanding of credit card products and dealership operations.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations related to credit card programs and dealer compliance.
  • Experience in sales or servicing of financial products, particularly in the automotive industry.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and provide advice to support decision-making.
  • Ability to analyze complex data from multiple internal and external sources.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for face-to-face channels, including partner physical locations.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, including development of training and promotional materials.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and prepare regular reports to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Manage performance marketing budgets, including contract negotiations and vendor resource allocation.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with dealership partners to drive credit card program growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for dealership staff to ensure effective program execution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while developing new policies to support the control and governance agenda.
