Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related field.
- Experience in a company with a physical footprint (retail, kiosk, franchise, or similar).
- Hands-on Salesforce expertise, including data hygiene, reporting, dashboards, and CRM administration.
- Proven ability to identify process root causes and build scalable solutions.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams including Sales, Compliance, and Operations without authority.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Executive-level written communication skills with the ability to distill operational complexity.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Salesforce internal product owner maintaining data hygiene and standards for accounts and kiosk opportunities.
- Design and maintain executive dashboards for pipeline health and kiosk deployment status.
- Own the weekly pipeline forecast process, validating data against compliance and operational capacity.
- Lead cross-functional working sessions to streamline forecasting and resolve deployment bottlenecks.
- Manage administrative end-to-end partner onboarding, including contract intake and site activation.
- Serve as the quality gate between Sales and Operations to ensure site readiness.
