Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related field.
- Experience in a company with a physical footprint (retail, kiosk, franchise, or similar) is ideal.
- Hands-on Salesforce expertise, including data hygiene, reporting, dashboards, and CRM administration.
- Proven ability to identify root causes and build scalable process solutions.
- Strong cross-functional credibility and ability to influence without authority.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Executive-level written communication skills for reporting to leadership.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Salesforce product owner, ensuring rigorous data hygiene and standards enforcement for accounts and kiosk locations.
- Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards and reports for visibility into pipeline health and partner performance.
- Manage the weekly pipeline forecast process, validating data against compliance and operational capacity.
- Design and lead cross-functional working sessions to streamline forecasting and operational reviews.
- Oversee the end-to-end administrative onboarding of retail and mall partners, from contract intake to system readiness.
- Coordinate and track timing for kiosk surveys, installs, removals, and permitting to ensure operational timelines are met.
- Identify process friction points and implement scalable solutions to reduce time-to-live for new kiosk deployments.
