Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
- Hands-on experience leading or directing enterprise architecture activities in a corporate setting.
- Desired direct reporting line to CIO/CTO or similar position.
- Technical expertise in one or more domain areas (AI, data, applications, infrastructure).
- Proven ability to connect technical expertise with C-level strategy.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to build credibility with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellence in research, writing, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a multicultural, matrixed global team.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative and actionable research content to address complex client challenges.
- Analyze and predict market trends to provide actionable insights for clients and vendors.
- Engage with clients via virtual and face-to-face meetings, sales support visits, and conferences.
- Deliver high-value presentations at internal and external events.
- Provide high-quality content peer reviews.
- Collaborate across global teams and support workflow improvements.
- Mentor and coach junior team members.
- Represent Gartner research methodologies and strategies to executive-level stakeholders.
