Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Central Reach
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in healthcare, ABA therapy, or behavioral services is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain client records and scheduling through Central Reach
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and staff within the Central Reach platform
  • Generate reports, track progress notes, and ensure compliance with documentation standards
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle internal communications
  • Support billing and payroll processes using Central Reach tools
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
  • Provide general administrative support including email correspondence, file management, and data entry
