Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare, or financial analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform computations accurately and quickly.
- Proficiency with MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Revenue Cycle structure.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Must be inquisitive and open to utilizing innovation and AI to improve processes.
- Ability to travel to and work onsite at client or office locations as needed.
- Must obtain HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification within 9 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Assist new client onboarding through contract review, interpretation, and documentation for invoicing.
- Ensure client invoicing and accrual data is completed accurately and on time.
- Gather, analyze, and verify the accuracy of reported data.
- Identify performance opportunities through detailed data review, proactive auditing, and reconciling.
- Analyze variances and trends to identify problems.
- Inform leadership of findings and potential issues following data analysis.
- Gather reports, records, and data to support leadership requirements.
