Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
- Must live in, or near, Charleston, South Carolina.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
- Experience using QuickBooks, Power BI, Google Analytics, Gemini Analytics, or similar accounting and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- HIPAA-compliant workspace with minimal distractions and dedicated room with a locked door.
- High-speed internet connection.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning activities.
- Build, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
- Utilize QuickBooks and related financial software to monitor reporting accuracy and financial performance.
- Evaluate operational performance metrics using Google Analytics and Gemini Analytics.
- Interpret data related to profitability, expenses, revenue, workforce utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
