Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, FP&A, financial planning, forecasting, or a related analytical function.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to simplify complex business decisions into actionable analyses.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and the ability to perform end-to-end financial analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with enterprise financial systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with SQL databases or a strong willingness to learn data extraction and querying techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations and insights to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, drive change, and influence stakeholders across teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and comfort navigating ambiguous situations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Support long-range financial planning initiatives and contribute to the development and maintenance of revenue forecasting models.
  • Analyze revenue, operational, and expense-related metrics to identify trends, uncover insights, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate business performance, forecast growth, and assess new opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate key financial and operational insights to stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting processes, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
  • Investigate complex business challenges, identify areas for improvement, and help implement scalable solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner by providing financial guidance and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
