Requirements
- 3+ years of Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or related forecast/planning experience.
- BA/BS in Finance, Business, Economics, Math, or related field.
- Advanced modeling skills with ability to distill complex decisions into comprehensive models.
- Ability to navigate and analyze financial statements from end to end.
- High degree of proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Tableau and enterprise software systems (NetSuite, Adaptive) preferred.
- Comfortable retrieving data from SQL databases or the desire to learn.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Proven success developing or improving processes.
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze complex data with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Support essential finance functions, including long-range planning and the annual revenue model.
- Analyze revenue, expense, and operations metrics to provide guidance and recommendations to leadership.
- Build complex financial models to forecast business performance and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reports for key stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Partner with internal teams to improve financial reporting, operations, and business practices.
