Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR Associate’s degree with at least 2+ years of relevant sales or customer-facing experience.
- Proven ability or strong interest in inside sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience with CRM systems and virtual selling tools preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, persuade, and build trust with customers remotely.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to continuously learn the business, products, and market dynamics.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, particularly in competitive selling situations.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of activities and priorities.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities, with a strong focus on converting competitive accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of company products, solutions, value propositions, and market positioning to effectively differentiate against competitors.
- Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and close) via phone, video, and digital channels.
- Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
- Partner with channel and distribution stakeholders to drive alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Leverage CRM tools and data insights to track activity, forecast accurately, and inform sales strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and field sales teams to optimize customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine outreach strategies.
