Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B account management, customer success, or consultative sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect and drive expansion within an existing customer portfolio.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
  • Must reside in one of the following markets: Central & Eastern PA / Western NY.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • SaaS or technology solution experience preferred.
  • Experience managing renewals, retention, and expansion motions preferred.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Applied Systems in customer meetings, business reviews, and select industry events.
  • Manage customer communication, ensuring timely follow-up on requests and opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account plans to support renewals, retention, and growth.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain renewal forecasting.
  • Proactively prospect within existing accounts to identify and close up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
