Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B account management, customer success, or consultative sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and drive expansion within an existing customer portfolio.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Must reside in one of the following markets: Central & Eastern PA / Western NY.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent work experience.
- SaaS or technology solution experience preferred.
- Experience managing renewals, retention, and expansion motions preferred.
- Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Represent Applied Systems in customer meetings, business reviews, and select industry events.
- Manage customer communication, ensuring timely follow-up on requests and opportunities.
- Develop and execute account plans to support renewals, retention, and growth.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and maintain renewal forecasting.
- Proactively prospect within existing accounts to identify and close up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
