Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience in sales consulting, revenue operations, sales management, or B2B sales strategy.
- Proven expertise in sales process design, sales enablement, organizational design, and CRM requirements gathering.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC), forecasting, and sales analytics.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent CRM platforms.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align sales strategy with company goals.
- Exceptional client-facing skills with experience driving workshops and executive discussions.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior consultants.
- Continuous learning mindset and technical proficiency in automation and CRM integrations.
- Certified instructor in Sandler, Winning by Design, Dale Carnegie or similar is preferable.
Responsibilities
- Assess and optimize client sales and service processes, including new business, retention, channel, and self-service strategies.
- Design and implement scalable sales and go-to-market strategies to achieve client goals.
- Deliver best-in-class consultancy on sales, revenue, and service operations.
- Stay updated on sales and service methodologies and provide expert recommendations across industries.
- Develop and execute comprehensive training and adoption strategies for process and technology.
- Mentor fellow consultants, provide constructive feedback, and lead client projects.
