Requirements
- Rising Sophomore or Junior in college.
- Strong interest in technology and related college major.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Very organized and detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow-up.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience with Windows desktop or server operating systems preferred.
- Experience with networking hardware and basics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Learn about client environments and various technologies used therein.
- Work on environments utilizing the full breadth of cloud and on premise technology used in the legal industry, including cloud solutions from Microsoft, Mimecast, and NetDocuments.
- Work closely with infrastructure and networking equipment from vendors such as Microsoft, Broadcom, and Cisco.
- Manage and resolve tickets assigned or scheduled by the on-duty dispatcher.
- Incorporate the C.L.I.E.N.T. service pillars (Communicative, Listener, Initiative, Empathic, Nimble, Tenacious) into ongoing work.
