Requirements
- 3+ years of network support experience.
- 3+ years of infrastructure support experience.
- 3+ years of O365 support experience.
- Experience operating in an MSP environment supporting multiple customers.
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows 11 and Windows Server platforms.
- Intermediate knowledge of printer drivers including workstation, server side, and SAP drivers.
- Advanced level of Active Directory management.
- Intermediate level of network troubleshooting and deployment (Meraki, Cisco).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/technology (preferred).
- Ability to travel occasionally to local client sites.
Responsibilities
- Support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Run and support netstation migration scripts.
- Execute Meraki portal migrations using scripting tools.
- Manage Active Directory environments and DHCP reservations.
- Support O365 office productivity software including Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Maintain IT asset management records and develop technical diagrams and procedures.
- Serve as an escalation point for technical support issues.
