Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5 years of professional experience administering enterprise financial or ERP systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
  • Advanced knowledge of system security, access controls, and financial application architecture.
  • Experience with SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Proficiency with SQL and reporting tools like MS Power BI, SPSS, or Crystal Reports.
  • Knowledge of integrations, APIs, and middleware tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Preferred: Relevant certifications such as Dynamics 365 Business Central or MS Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and support enterprise financial systems including ERP, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting platforms.
  • Manage system environments, upgrades, patches, and release cycles.
  • Develop workflow and system optimization planning to ensure continued automation and system maturity.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and integrations while resolving complex system issues.
  • Collaborate with financial staff to draft detailed report and analytics requirements.
  • Design and maintain role-based security, user provisioning, and access controls to ensure SOX compliance.
  • Lead integrations between financial and non-clinical systems and manage system testing and change management efforts.
  • Provide technical support, act as an escalation point, and mentor junior administrators.
