Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.
- At least five years of hands-on experience in system implementation, specifically with UNIX, Windows, and network storage solutions.
- Experience designing, installing, integrating, and testing large-scale systems with complex OS environments.
- Experience with web hosting platforms such as Oracle or Relativity.
- At least one year of experience setting up large-scale database management applications.
- Knowledge of storage technology, performance capacity planning, and business process analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. Government IT environments and security requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree in computer science or related discipline (strongly preferred).
- Supervisory experience (strongly preferred).
- Litigation support experience (highly valued).
- CNE certification (highly desirable).
Responsibilities
- Lead system implementation, including orchestrating installation and testing.
- Operate and maintain IT systems and facilities for automated litigation support.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, including scheduled backups.
- Manage system, facility, and data security measures, including disaster recovery procedures.
- Administer hardware, operating systems, databases, and application software.
- Supervise and manage subordinate staff and report on progress.
- Develop tools for system-wide use and prepare system documentation.
- Coordinate with Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and DOJ technical staff.
