Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.
  • At least five years of hands-on experience in system implementation, specifically with UNIX, Windows, and network storage solutions.
  • Experience designing, installing, integrating, and testing large-scale systems with complex OS environments.
  • Experience with web hosting platforms such as Oracle or Relativity.
  • At least one year of experience setting up large-scale database management applications.
  • Knowledge of storage technology, performance capacity planning, and business process analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. Government IT environments and security requirements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science or related discipline (strongly preferred).
  • Supervisory experience (strongly preferred).
  • Litigation support experience (highly valued).
  • CNE certification (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Lead system implementation, including orchestrating installation and testing.
  • Operate and maintain IT systems and facilities for automated litigation support.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, including scheduled backups.
  • Manage system, facility, and data security measures, including disaster recovery procedures.
  • Administer hardware, operating systems, databases, and application software.
  • Supervise and manage subordinate staff and report on progress.
  • Develop tools for system-wide use and prepare system documentation.
  • Coordinate with Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and DOJ technical staff.
