Requirements
- Top Secret clearance
- Legal technology experience and knowledge of the EDRM
- Ability to install, operate, and manage Microsoft Server 2019/2022 and Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022
- Ability to operate and manage cloud technologies including Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, and Azure API Gateways or AWS EC2, Lambda, and API Gateways
- Experience managing VMware
- Experience with relational databases including MySQL and SQL Server 2012 or higher
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Capability to support backend infrastructure, application installation, and configuration
Responsibilities
- Ensure the day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools.
- Administer and monitor all installed systems, infrastructure, and application software.
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
- Assist in technical architecture design and reverse engineer existing legacy systems.
- Implement e-discovery tools including Relativity and Veritas eDP.
- Support discovery application integration and data migration activities.
- Develop and provide training and documentation for end-users.
- Collaborate with vendors to address product issues and contribute to knowledge management databases.
