Requirements
- Fluent in AI orchestration, with experience running parallel agents and verifying output adversarially.
- Full-stack development proficiency, from React components to Postgres RLS policies and Terraform modules.
- Strong systems debugging instincts with the ability to chase root causes across service boundaries.
- Operating discipline, including strictly read-only access until authorized and adherence to proven patterns.
- Ability to work with enterprise ERP/SAP systems, including RFC/BAPI and ABAP.
- Experience with multi-tenant/B2B architectures, including tenancy isolation and per-tenant configuration.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.
- Design-system literacy, prioritizing tokens over hardcoded values.
- Capability to build scaffolding for AI agent productivity like nav maps and indexes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for technical documentation and clear, blunt feedback.
- Proficiency with AWS infrastructure (ECS Fargate, Aurora, IAM/OIDC) and gitflow.
Responsibilities
- Own the platform end to end, spanning React/TypeScript frontends, FastAPI/Python services, and AWS/Terraform infrastructure.
- Stand up and provision infrastructure and environments from scratch, including services, cloud accounts, and data syncs.
- Direct fleets of AI coding agents by decomposing cross-repo changes into disjoint tasks and reconciling results.
- Integrate with enterprise systems like SAP/ERP via RFC/BAPI, including reading and authoring ABAP.
- Architect multi-tenant data structures using Postgres row-level security and graph databases.
- Ship volumes of code while maintaining coherence across multiple repositories and keeping the design clean.
- Author comprehensive specs, design docs, and runbooks to ensure work is maintainable.
- Build tooling such as navigation maps, indexes, and custom skills to improve agent effectiveness.
- Automate recurring workflows into reusable Claude skills, hooks, or commands.
- Verify work adversarially, performing second passes to refute or validate findings.
