Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven experience in optimizing AI systems using machine learning and systems techniques.
- Deep experience with generative AI, specifically for agents and coding.
- Strong proficiency in concurrent programming using mutexes, atomics, and concurrency primitives.
- Fluency in multiple programming languages, including Python, TypeScript, Java, or Go.
- Experience designing APIs and writing documentation for public-facing libraries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience in production-grade software.
Responsibilities
- Lead agent optimization efforts including multi-agent architecture, caching, and context management.
- Design and build agentic coding systems focused on reliability and high-quality outputs.
- Develop deep expertise in AI application development patterns and architectures.
- Take end-to-end ownership of new features, collaborating across teams for reliability and developer experience.
- Write public technical documentation for Temporal concepts and APIs.
- Collaborate with the developer community to debug issues and gather feature feedback.
- Serve as a domain expert on AI design patterns for internal and field staff.
