Requirements
- 3+ years of working knowledge including help desk and/or technical support.
- Experience with applications, server infrastructure, desktops, virtualization, and directories.
- Strong knowledge of common operating systems and network topologies.
- Good understanding of security concepts.
- Ability to assess technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a team selling environment.
- Comfortable delivering presentations to audiences of varying sizes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Security+, Network+, or equivalent industry certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing campaigns including webinars and product demonstrations.
- Perform lead qualification by validating technical environments and understanding business problems.
- Participate in technical RFP and RFI responses.
- Conduct discovery and opportunity engagement through background research.
- Communicate the business value of BeyondTrust solutions to prospects.
- Demonstrate how BeyondTrust solutions meet client value propositions.
- Collaborate on written proposals alongside financial proposals.
- Secure the technical win for sales opportunities.
