  • 3+ years of working knowledge including help desk and/or technical support.
  • Experience with applications, server infrastructure, desktops, virtualization, and directories.
  • Strong knowledge of common operating systems and network topologies.
  • Good understanding of security concepts.
  • Ability to assess technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a team selling environment.
  • Comfortable delivering presentations to audiences of varying sizes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Security+, Network+, or equivalent industry certification.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with marketing campaigns including webinars and product demonstrations.
  • Perform lead qualification by validating technical environments and understanding business problems.
  • Participate in technical RFP and RFI responses.
  • Conduct discovery and opportunity engagement through background research.
  • Communicate the business value of BeyondTrust solutions to prospects.
  • Demonstrate how BeyondTrust solutions meet client value propositions.
  • Collaborate on written proposals alongside financial proposals.
  • Secure the technical win for sales opportunities.
