Requirements
- Degree in STEM, Finance, or a strong analytical field.
- Hands-on experience in solutions engineering, technical support, sales engineering, or automation-focused roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and workflow automation.
- Experience with SQL or a similar database tool.
- Experience or exposure to data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience or exposure to GTM automation tools such as HubSpot and AI-driven outreach platforms.
- Background in B2B SaaS, AI-driven products, or construction and infrastructure software.
Responsibilities
- Support Go-to-Market (GTM) teams by assisting in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects.
- Collaborate directly with new clients during onboarding to ensure smooth implementation and tailored integrations.
- Develop, manage, and maintain automation workflows and integrations using Python and tools like Zapier, Make.com, and HubSpot.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with product and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback and enhance platform adoption.
- Advocate for customer needs in internal product meetings.
