Requirements
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or related quantitative field.
- Experience building, deploying, or fine-tuning ML models in a production environment.
- Expert proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras.
- Advanced Python skills (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RLHF, or RAG workflows.
- Professional understanding of neural network architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
- Ability to audit model logic, identify data contamination, and evaluate mathematical proofs.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Familiarity with cloud and MLOps tools like AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Weights & Biases, or LangChain.
- Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM architecture logic for technical accuracy regarding model architectures, loss functions, and backpropagation.
- Audit ML-specific code and notebooks for efficiency and correctness.
- Refine RLHF frameworks to align models with human intent, safety, and helpfulness.
- Analyze AI model reasoning, including chain-of-thought (CoT) prompts.
- Benchmark performance via comparative testing between model outputs.
