Requirements
- 3-8+ years of prior experience leading presentations, collecting requirements, developing solution architectures, and teaching prospective users or project teams
- Comfortable developing/prototyping solutions in languages such as Java, Python, Go, and Javascript
- Understanding of modern infrastructure and streaming technologies (Kafka ecosystem preferred)
- Experience demonstrating technical concepts, including presenting and whiteboarding
- Comfortable working with Linux and Kubernetes
- Proficient with one or more cloud providers: AWS, GCP and Azure
- Strong ability to build relationships with partners, customers, and open-source users
- Flexibility to travel for customer meetings, events, or conferences
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the sales team to introduce Redpanda to our potential customers
- Lead product and solution briefings, build proof-of-concepts (POC), run live product demos, and prototype Redpanda integrations
- Partner with Redpanda product management, engineering and support teams to solve customer challenges and improve customer experience
- Identify and address customers' key technical objections and develop the strategies to address those blockers to adoption
