Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment, order management, or logistics coordination.
- Hands-on proficiency with Shopify (order processing, product management).
- Working experience with ShipStation (order management, label generation, exception handling).
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (FBA shipment tracking, inventory monitoring, FBM order management).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, data manipulation).
- Strong written English for 3PL, carrier, and internal correspondence.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems (ClickUp, NetSuite, or similar ERP/project management tools).
- Self-directed and detail-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Process, route, and manage daily DTC and TikTok orders through Shopify and ShipStation.
- Resolve fulfillment exceptions, such as late orders and address corrections, by coordinating with 3PL partners.
- Create and maintain SKUs, barcodes, and product data across all brands.
- Publish daily and weekly reports on order volume, exceptions, and shipping performance.
- Assist with inbound logistics tasks, including freight coordination and shipment monitoring.
- Resolve fulfillment-related customer service inquiries within SLA targets.
