Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, supply chain, or transportation
- Experience in B2B logistics or import/export environments
- Hands-on experience with international shipments
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation (BOL, packing lists, commercial invoices)
- Experience handling shipment discrepancies, documentation review, or claims support
- Familiarity with import/export processes and logistics coordination
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent English with strong written communication skills
- High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple workflows across logistics and claims
- Quick learner with the ability to follow SOPs
Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers and freight providers
- Track shipments and proactively monitor delivery timelines to ensure on-time arrival
- Communicate shipment status with suppliers, warehouses, drivers, and internal teams
- Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation including BOL, packing lists, and customs paperwork
- Coordinate final-mile delivery and ensure successful handoff
- Receive, review, and process product quality claims and shipment discrepancies
- Manage inventory transfers and warehouse logistics coordination
- Enter and manage customer orders within the Order Management system
- Maintain accurate records in ERP and logistics systems
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
