Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience, including backend and platform development.
- Proficiency in JVM languages such as Java or Kotlin.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable, reliable platform services for data-intensive applications.
- Expertise in API design, data pipelines, and integrating secure coding standards.
- Strong background in software design patterns, system architecture, and performance tuning.
- Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and software testing best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for a cross-functional and remote work environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and build core platform services supporting scalable data analytics and efficient user experiences.
- Collaborate with product management, UX, and engineering teams to architect and implement high-performance platform components.
- Enhance platform scalability, reliability, and extensibility through cloud-native solutions and microservices.
- Evolve APIs, optimize data pipelines, and support multi-tenant environments while integrating security best practices.
- Mentor and guide engineering teammates to ensure high technical standards and effective collaboration.
