Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot (workflows, reporting, list hygiene).
- Proven experience with conversion rate optimization (A/B testing, multivariate testing).
- Experience in product marketing, including messaging and positioning.
- Ability to build and manage systems for marketing execution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building performance dashboards.
- Excellent written communication skills for briefs, copy, and customer communications.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Rev Ops, and Product teams.
- Strong technical acumen regarding marketing tech stacks and API integrations.
Responsibilities
- Own HubSpot instance including workflows, lead scoring, contact management, and reporting.
- Drive conversion rate optimization across website, landing pages, email, and paid channels via A/B testing.
- Develop messaging frameworks, positioning documents, and sales enablement assets for product launches.
- Manage lifecycle communications, onboarding, and retention programs for existing customers.
- Oversee the marketing calendar, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination as the operational backbone.
- Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
