Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong HubSpot proficiency including workflows, reporting, and list management.
  • Proven experience running CRO experiments, A/B testing, and multivariate testing.
  • Ability to distill complex product capabilities into compelling positioning and messaging.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience in building internal systems and structures.
  • Excellent written communication skills for briefs, emails, and product copy.
  • Analytical fluency in funnel data and performance dashboards.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Rev Ops, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for automation and content production (preferred).
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana or Notion (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing operations end-to-end including HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and attribution.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) across websites, landing pages, email, and paid channels.
  • Execute GTM motions by creating messaging frameworks, positioning documents, and sales enablement assets.
  • Build and manage customer lifecycle marketing programs, including onboarding and retention campaigns.
  • Act as the marketing team's operational backbone by managing calendars, project tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
