Requirements
- Deeply analytical approach with proficiency in statistical power, sample sizing, and segment-level data analysis.
- Ability to pull and interpret funnel and behavioral data independently.
- Strong understanding of marketing systems, including paid traffic behavior, UTM hygiene, and attribution modeling.
- Track record of running structured, conversion-focused experiments that produce actionable results.
- Hands-on experience with CRO platforms such as StatSig, Optimizely, or VWO.
- Experience working with AI tools for research synthesis, analysis, and hypothesis generation.
- Effective cross-functional leadership skills across engineering, data, design, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Experience in e-commerce CRO, SaaS funnel optimization, or performance marketing analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own the on-site conversion funnel end-to-end, including package selection, checkout, post-checkout, and pricing-surface presentations.
- Manage the backlog for a dedicated Growth team, prioritizing and shipping metric-moving strategies.
- Develop and execute a rigorous A/B testing program with statistical discipline.
- Translate complex pricing and packaging strategies into measurable, shippable outcomes.
- Establish trustworthy instrumentation by auditing and fixing GA4 and Amplitude tracking.
- Create a repeatable pricing activation playbook for on-site SKUs, bundles, and rollout plans.
