Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
- Active license to practice law in the State of California.
- 8+ years of professional litigation experience with specific focus on litigation support, depositions, and trial preparation.
- 5+ years of litigation experience focused on Lemon Law defense matters.
- 2+ years of experience in CRLA, tenant advocacy, or housing litigation.
- 2+ years of experience in General Liability defense.
- Ability to manage full case responsibilities including discovery and trial phases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with time management systems.
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic case themes for complex consumer litigation.
- Independently manage all phases of litigation, including court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
- Maintain routine communication with clients and cultivate ongoing client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members across all experience levels.
- Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys.
