Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field from an ABET-accredited program.
- 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
- 4+ years of experience with Cameo Systems Modeler.
- 2+ years of relevant technical leadership experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with shipboard control systems, operational technology, or network infrastructure (preferred).
- Experience with Navy technical documentation such as manuals or installation drawings (preferred).
- Relevant certification such as INCOSE or OCSMP (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and integrate MBSE models of Navy systems for documentation, engineering analysis, and simulation.
- Review, extract, and abstract data from technical documentation for incorporation into system models.
- Build representative MBSE system models of Navy platforms, systems, and processes using Cameo Systems Modeler.
- Create novel approaches to integrate MBSE system models with existing Navy processes and procedures.
- Guide and mentor junior modelers.
- Perform quality assurance reviews of models and other work products.
- Maintain configuration management of models and model repositories.
- Interface with program managers to plan workforce availability and assign tasking to modelers.
