Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in inside sales or full-cycle closing roles
  • Proven success in short sales cycles and one-call-close environments
  • Ability to manage a high-volume outreach workload (150+ calls per day)
  • Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Close.com, or similar tools
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident, persuasive, and professional approach
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Competitive mindset with a strong desire for continuous learning and performance growth

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (150+ calls per day) to identify and engage potential clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing
  • Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with business owners, agency leaders, and sales managers
  • Sell recurring subscription-based lead generation solutions designed to drive client revenue growth
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through consistent follow-ups and accurate CRM management
  • Use multi-channel communication (phone, email, messaging) to create urgency and move deals forward
  • Track performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance improvement initiatives
