Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in inside sales or closing roles
- Proven experience managing short sales cycles and one-call-close environments
- Comfortable operating in a high-activity environment requiring 150+ outbound calls per day
- Strong skills in discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Close.com)
- Clear, confident, and persuasive communication abilities
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Highly competitive, coachable, and professional mindset
Responsibilities
- Prospect daily through 150+ outbound calls per day
- Identify and engage decision-makers including owners, agency leaders, and sales managers
- Manage the full-cycle sales process from rapport building and discovery to pitch, objection handling, and closing
- Sell subscription-based, real-time lead programs to drive recurring revenue
- Build a robust sales pipeline and manage follow-ups effectively
- Maintain clean and accurate data in the company CRM
- Use email, phone, and messaging to drive urgency and move prospects through the sales cycle
- Track individual performance metrics and consistently hit activity and sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and call reviews for continuous improvement
