Requirements

  • MA/MS/BA/BS degree in a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, commercial analytics, or related functions in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional or system-level initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience with incentive compensation, CRM, omnichannel, account/business planning, and territory management.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to solve business problems.
  • Proven ability to manage programs, communications, and resources for field teams.
  • Capability to work independently and execute plans under tight timelines.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and onboard less experienced team members.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate bi-directional communication of customer information between field teams and home office functions.
  • Design, manage, and oversee field enablement tools and technologies such as CRM and account planning systems.
  • Design and manage fair, motivating incentive compensation plans.
  • Establish operational efficiency through performance dashboards, governance models, and frameworks.
  • Support cross-functional program management of field enablement initiatives.
  • Execute onboarding, training, and business planning initiatives for field teams.
