Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 7-10 years of sales experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience with direct reports.
- Proven success with building high-impact sales relationships and achieving targets.
- Experience with business development strategies.
- Ability to work with data, creating appropriate reporting and tracking results.
- Strong CRM skills and experience with management process tools such as Slack, Salesforce, and Jira.
- Experience leading remote teams (asset).
- Experience in lending, financial services, or banking (asset).
- Experience in consumer lending, SaaS, or financial services (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own and drive revenue growth for the region of Western Canada.
- Contribute to the development of sales operations and processes.
- Work with the reporting team and tools to deliver accurate reporting of team performance and goals.
- Guide direct reports to develop and execute strategic sales plans to improve partner retention and growth.
- Hire, develop, and retain talent while building a high-performing team.
- Train and support sales teams with industry knowledge and selling methods.
- Execute performance management, including regular coaching and development discussions.
- Measure and evaluate business strategy implementation against intended results.
- Collaborate with business leaders to support marketing campaigns and vertical-specific materials.
- Work with product management to integrate company products and services into customer businesses.
