- Develop and execute a proactive new business sales strategy targeting large enterprise retailers in Canada.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, and Store Operations Leaders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract closure.
- Lead high-impact sales presentations, product demonstrations, and value-based conversations.
- Collaborate with internal Pre-Sales, Solutions Consultants, and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals.
- Negotiate complex contract agreements with support from legal, finance, and deal desk teams.
- Maintain accurate sales activities, forecasting, and reporting within the CRM.
- Travel to customer and prospect locations as needed (up to 25%).
