- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow documentation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Meet with business stakeholders to understand current operational workflows.
- Observe and document business processes, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
- Create detailed workflow maps, process diagrams, and step-by-step SOPs.
- Document software usage, business rules, and user responsibilities.
- Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for AI or automation implementation.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
