- Degree from a strong university (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch new customer journeys within existing banking products
- Improve different stages of the credit card and debit card application funnel
- Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements
- Design business processes and write clear requirements for engineering teams
- Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver new initiatives
- Analyze existing customer journeys, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements
- Support backlog preparation, feature decomposition, and delivery planning
- Work with product analysts to define business metrics and evaluate the impact of product changes
