Responsibilities
- Gather requirements via bi-weekly touchpoint sessions with business owners.
- Write user stories using Jira.
- Facilitate requirement and user story reviews with the Product Owner for accuracy and acceptance.
- Maintain user and product documentation.
- Perform business process mapping.
- Act as a bridge between the business and development teams.
- Plan, lead, and execute User Acceptance Training (UAT) with business owners.
