Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combined work experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Active Salesforce Administrator Certification at time of hire.
  • Advanced understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and features.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules).
  • Experience in end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Salesforce admin, UAT, configuration, data migration, integration, and training tasks.
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions, functionalities, reports, and dashboards.
  • Elicit business requirements directly from stakeholders and document business processes, user stories, and functional designs.
  • Lead Salesforce initiatives, including managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Analyze and identify project risks and develop plans to minimize impact.
  • Provide ongoing support to end users and maintain Salesforce best practices.
