Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combined work experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
- Active Salesforce Administrator Certification at time of hire.
- Advanced understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and features.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules).
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Perform Salesforce admin, UAT, configuration, data migration, integration, and training tasks.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions, functionalities, reports, and dashboards.
- Elicit business requirements directly from stakeholders and document business processes, user stories, and functional designs.
- Lead Salesforce initiatives, including managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder meetings.
- Analyze and identify project risks and develop plans to minimize impact.
- Provide ongoing support to end users and maintain Salesforce best practices.
