- Experience in consulting, business analysis, operations, or project management preferred.
- Familiarity with process mapping and SOP creation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand operational workflows.
- Observe and document business processes, including dependencies, bottlenecks, and decision points.
- Create comprehensive workflow maps, process diagrams, and detailed SOPs.
- Translate complex operational information into clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify manual process inefficiencies and propose actionable optimization or automation recommendations.
- Develop business process inventories and deliver structured findings to leadership.
