  • Familiarity with process mapping and SOP creation preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand operational workflows.
  • Observe and document business processes, including dependencies, bottlenecks, and decision points.
  • Create comprehensive workflow maps, process diagrams, and detailed SOPs.
  • Translate complex operational information into clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Identify manual process inefficiencies and propose actionable optimization or automation recommendations.
  • Develop business process inventories and deliver structured findings to leadership.
