  • Familiarity with process mapping and workflow automation (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Meet with business stakeholders to understand how work is currently performed.
  • Observe operational workflows and document business processes.
  • Identify process dependencies, decision points, and bottlenecks.
  • Create detailed workflow maps, process diagrams, and step-by-step SOPs.
  • Highlight opportunities for business process optimization and AI implementation.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and present findings to leadership teams.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, drafting, and quality checks.
