- Familiarity with process mapping and workflow automation (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Meet with business stakeholders to understand how work is currently performed.
- Observe operational workflows and document business processes.
- Identify process dependencies, decision points, and bottlenecks.
- Create detailed workflow maps, process diagrams, and step-by-step SOPs.
- Highlight opportunities for business process optimization and AI implementation.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and present findings to leadership teams.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, drafting, and quality checks.
