Requirements

  • Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in medical publications (manuscripts, posters, abstracts, presentations).
  • Expertise in professional medical editorial processes (AMA style).
  • Knowledge of ethical guidelines including ICMJE and GPP2022.
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret scientific data.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects under tight deadlines.
  • CMPP certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Heme/Oncology and solid tumors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic medical communication recommendations to support client brand goals.
  • Independently lead the execution of content development activities.
  • Supervise and mentor Associate Scientific Directors.
  • Liaise with in-house and freelance staff to manage writing and content-related tasks.
  • Conduct background research, data-checking, and reference annotation.
