Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in medical publications (manuscripts, posters, abstracts, presentations).
- Expertise in professional medical editorial processes (AMA style).
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines including ICMJE and GPP2022.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret scientific data.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects under tight deadlines.
- CMPP certification is preferred.
- Experience with Heme/Oncology and solid tumors is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic medical communication recommendations to support client brand goals.
- Independently lead the execution of content development activities.
- Supervise and mentor Associate Scientific Directors.
- Liaise with in-house and freelance staff to manage writing and content-related tasks.
- Conduct background research, data-checking, and reference annotation.
