Requirements
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shop affiliates.
- Strong data processing and analysis skills with the ability to extract insights from content performance.
- Demonstrated reporting experience through monthly summaries and dashboards.
- Ability to build operational systems and SOPs from scratch.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in TikTok Shop.
- Comfort using AI tools for reporting and analysis.
- Reliable internet connection of at least 40MBPS.
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher.
- Headset with noise-canceling mic and a webcam.
- Access to a back-up computer and internet connection.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm EST.
Responsibilities
- Vet, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop affiliates using provided SOPs.
- Coordinate product/sample distribution to affiliates.
- Circulate top-performing content and playbooks to affiliates.
- Monitor TikTok Shop affiliate performance daily to identify trending content and winning creators.
- Produce end-of-month reporting on key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain a performance dashboard for ongoing visibility.
- Design and own the end-to-end affiliate management system.
- Maintain feedback loops with internal stakeholders regarding performance and tests.
